Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By creating an account or participating in any game offered on CanadaWinTracker.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. General Provisions

CanadaWinTracker.com ("We", "Us", "Our") is a licensed lottery operator regulated under applicable Canadian provincial gaming laws. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("The Player") and CanadaWinTracker.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Location Requirements

To register and play, you must be:

  • At least 19 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your specific province of residence).
  • Physically located within the borders of Canada (excluding provinces where online lottery is prohibited by local statute).
  • Not a person restricted from gambling (e.g., self-excluded individuals or employees of CanadaWinTracker).

2.2 Account Creation

You may only open one account. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited. If we detect that you operate multiple accounts to bypass limits or abuse bonuses, all associated accounts will be suspended and funds may be forfeited. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time ("Know Your Customer" checks). You may be required to provide copies of a valid government ID, utility bills, or bank statements. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account termination.

3. Deposits and Purchases

All transactions are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • No Credit: We do not offer credit. You must have sufficient funds in your account to purchase entries.
  • Final Sale: Once a ticket is purchased and the transaction is confirmed by our servers, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Source of Funds: You represent that all funds used to participate in the Service are not derived from illegal activity.

4. Game Rules and Results

4.1 Official Results Prevail

In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers displayed on your screen (or in a mobile app) and the official records stored on CanadaWinTracker’s central gaming server, the official records on the server shall prevail. Visual errors, glitches, or display malfunctions do not constitute a valid win.

4.2 Random Number Generation (RNG)

For Quick Pick entries and digital instant games, outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited for fairness.

5. Prizes and Withdrawals

5.1 Prize Claims

Prizes will be credited to your account balance automatically for amounts under CAD $1,000. For Major Prizes (CAD $1,000 and above), additional verification is required. Major Prize winners may be required to attend a prize claim center in person or submit notarized documentation.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

You may withdraw funds from your withdrawable balance at any time, subject to:

  • Security checks and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
  • Verification that all deposited funds have been wagered at least once (1x turnover) to prevent money laundering.
  • Minimum withdrawal limits (currently CAD $10.00).

6. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible play. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
  • Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time spent on the site.
  • Self-Exclusion: You may voluntarily block access to your account for a period ranging from 6 months to 5 years. This process is irreversible during the selected period.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action:

  • Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to mask your physical location.
  • Using the Service for any commercial purpose or on behalf of another person.
  • Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the website or gaming software.
  • Collusion with other players or use of automated bots.

8. Limitation of Liability

CanadaWinTracker and its licensors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of:

  • Technical failures, server interruptions, or internet connectivity issues.
  • Loss of data or corruption of data.
  • Errors in data entry or transmission.

Our maximum liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount of the specific wager or entry fee paid by you for the game in question.

9. Dormant Accounts

If you do not log in to your account for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, your account will be deemed "Dormant." We reserve the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of CAD $5.00 on Dormant Accounts until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
